生理節律光調節原理

光線進入視網膜光敏細胞,能影響體內褪黑激素的週期分泌,調節「晝夜節律」生理時鐘。
晝夜節律生理時鐘運作機制:
日出而作
日出而作,光照促進穩定情緒的血清素分泌,亦為晚間褪黑激素合成的前導激素
日落而息
日落而息,晚間須減少藍光光害,刺激褪黑激素分泌,啟動睡眠休息機制
